A hotel corridor takes more footfall in a week than most domestic floors see in a decade. We specify and install accordingly — products chosen for longevity, aesthetics, and minimal maintenance. And we work around your guests, not the other way around.
Front-of-house needs to look good. Back-of-house needs to hold up. We understand both — and we specify products that perform across the full environment, from dining room to kitchen threshold.
Healthcare and Dental
Hygiene compliance isn’t optional in clinical environments. We specify flooring to the correct standard, install it correctly, and provide full product documentation at handover. No chasing required.

The floor is one of the first things people notice when they walk into a working environment — and one of the last things that should need attention once it's down.
We specify and install flooring for offices and commercial workspaces that performs under daily use, maintains a professional finish, and requires minimal ongoing maintenance.

Step 1 — Get in touch or visit our showroom
Call us, email, or fill in the enquiry form. Tell us about the project — the environment, the brief, and your programme constraints. We’ll respond promptly and arrange a site visit at a time that works for you.
Step 2 — Site visit, assessment, and quotation
We come to you. We assess the space thoroughly, review plans and specifications, and take accurate measurements. We identify what the environment requires and provide a clear, detailed quotation — so you have everything you need to make an informed decision without having to chase us for it.
Step 3 —Project management and installation
Our own employed team manages and delivers the full installation — on programme, to specification, with a single point of contact from start to finish. No handoffs, no dropped communication, no surprises on site.
Step 4 — Handover
The space is left clean and ready for use. All product documentation, compliance certificates, and relevant handover materials are provided as standard — without needing to be asked for.
