Karndean and Amtico
Luxury Vinyl Tile
The most popular choice for Scottish homes, and our most installed residential product. Luxury vinyl tile gives you the look of real wood or stone — warmer underfoot than ceramic, harder wearing than timber, and built to handle real family life. Pet-friendly, easy to clean, and low maintenance.
We install herringbone, parquet, wood plank, geometric, and stone designs, with inlaid borders and bespoke pattern options for homeowners who want something more design-led. Every installation is compatible with underfloor heating.
Vinyl and Laminate
Vinyl is practical, resilient, and far more design-forward than their reputation suggests. We install vinyl across kitchens, bathrooms, and utility rooms — where the floor needs to work hard without requiring much in return.
Laminate is a popular alternative to hardwood floors, and well-suited to family homes. We lay it with the same subfloor preparation we bring to every other product — because the prep is what makes any floor last.
Carpets and Bespoke Rugs

We supply and fit the full range of domestic carpets — from bedroom softness to heavy-duty living room pile. We specialise in Scottish wool tartan: fitted staircases and landings that make an immediate impression.
Our runners and rugs are made to measure, bound in-house. Any carpet, any size, any shape. We also partner with Alternative Flooring — their online rug designer lets you create a fully custom piece, delivered directly to our Dumbarton showroom for collection or fitting.

Before any floor goes down in your home, we assess and prepare the subfloor properly — this might include testing for moisture, levelling uneven surfaces, priming where required, and addressing anything that would compromise the finished result.

From your first call to the day we leave — here's how the process works.
Step 1 — Get in touch or visit our showroom
Call us, email, or come and see us in Dumbarton. Our showroom carries the full product range — you can walk on the floors, handle the samples, and get a feel for what works in your home before committing to anything.
Step 2 — We visit and quote
We visit your property, look at the space properly, and take accurate measurements. We assess the subfloor condition and talk through what we'd recommend — and why. You'll leave the conversation with a clear picture of what's involved, and what to expect. Next we'll prepare your quote.
Step 3 — We prepare the space
Good preparation is what separates a floor that lasts from one that doesn't. We might test, level, and prime the subfloor before any product goes down — addressing anything that could cause problems later, before it has the chance to.
Step 4 — We install, finish, and tidy up
On the agreed date, our own team carries out the full installation. We take care with the details — the pattern matching, the threshold joins, the border work — and we leave your home exactly as we found it, with a finished floor you can be proud of.
